We had a great experience with Coastal Air Assessments, Cory adjusted his busy schedule to come see us within a few days of our call. The house we were renting was flooded by hurricane Ian and the property management agency did not want to give us our deposits back. Cory did a full moisture, mold and air quality assessment using a suite pretty amazing high tech tools. In a few days we had a huge PDF report with every possible bit of data you would ever want. This type of hard evidence is irrefutable and invaluable, especially when confronted with this nightmare scenario. We hope to use them again in the future whenever we purchase a new home. Had a strong odor emanating from my kitchen cabinet. Everything dry, clean and yet unable to purge the odor. Called Cory! A well seasoned Indoor Air Quality Prodessional. Polite, knowledgeable and a willingness to explain what he does and to listen as well. His grade of ASHRAE, NIOSH, EPA and other standards is impressive. His command of established testing protocols and use of non invasive hand held instruments gravimetrics and sorbent test tubes was top notch professional.
