We had a great experience with Coastal Air Assessments, Cory adjusted his busy schedule to come see us within a few days of our call. The house we were renting was flooded by hurricane Ian and the property management agency did not want to give us our deposits back. Cory did a full moisture, mold and air quality assessment using a suite pretty amazing high tech tools. In a few days we had a huge PDF report with every possible bit of data you would ever want. This type of hard evidence is irrefutable and invaluable, especially when confronted with this nightmare scenario. We hope to use them again in the future whenever we purchase a new home. Had a strong odor emanating from my kitchen cabinet. Everything dry, clean and yet unable to purge the odor. Called Cory! A well seasoned Indoor Air Quality Prodessional. Polite, knowledgeable and a willingness to explain what he does and to listen as well. His grade of ASHRAE, NIOSH, EPA and other standards is impressive. Cory came in during one of the most chaotic moments of my life. He was fast to respond, professional, knowledgeable and kind. He walked me through every step of the testing process. He also explained what the remediation process would likely be like. His reports are so thorough. The initial mold testing company I hired cancelled the appointment the day of my testing due to a conflict of interest with my tenant.
